Decent timer.....
Bought these to climate using my phone timer for my gold plating. First thing out the boxing noticed taking the battery cover off its as easy as normal, and after placing a AAA battery in, closing the cover is even worse. Who designed this definitely didn't test it first. Its definitely loud and don't know how good the battery life is just yet.

Reliable timer
Easy to use, loud timer alarm, display large and easy to read, holds tightly to metal near stove. There are times when I have two or three timers going for various preparations.

Functional but mediocre
The basic functionality is there. You can set a time, hit start/stop, and the timer will count down and beep, loudly, when it hits zero. And the price is lower than what I'd pay at the store for a single timer.Unfortunately that's just about the only good thing I can say about these timers. The viewing angle on the LCD screen is awful, and practically forces you to prop up the timer on its stand in order to view the screen. Unfortunately, the fold out stand is quite cheaply made, and I've already managed to dislocate it on one of the timers by bumping into it while I was carrying something. I was able to snap it back into place, but now it no longer folds in correctly. The battery cover is very tight and I had to struggle to get it back on after inserting the AAA battery. It's almost as if whoever designed it only tested inserting and removing the cover with no battery present. With a battery in, I had to press down really hard and basically jam the cover in, which was awkward because the cover is a really small plastic piece with what appears to be some quite easily breakable tabs. But, like I said above, they're cheap, and they do get the job done, so I won't be returning them. But I'd advise anyone else to maybe consider a different option.

Quality control issue with speaker, otherwise decent product
The media could not be loaded. Experiencing quality control issues my second time purchasing. The first time I purchased this product was back in March 2022. I’m down to one working timer, and I thought, if these are still around, it would be nice to buy another two pack and have all of my kitchen timers matching. If you’d asked me what I thought of these before, I thought they were pretty good, at least 4 stars, especially for the price. They have a large number display, large buttons, and they are usually very loud. They also have a press and hold function for advancing numbers quickly, and they can also measure in seconds, which is more useful for my needs as opposed to hours and minutes only.I got my new 2-pack today. A few things jump out at me. First is that after inserting my own AAA battery into each timer, both battery compartments were very difficult to close. Second, there’s an issue with the speaker of one of these brand new timers. I attached a video comparing my three matching kitchen timers. The one on top is almost 3 years old, the one in the middle I just received today and is nice and loud how I’d expect it to be. The third timer is also new, from the same package, but the speaker seems to be having issues. It sounds like it’s stuffed with cotton and it rattles. I don’t know how well the video communicates this, but the third timer is significantly more quiet than the other two timers, even the one that is three years old. It would be difficult to hear in a noisy kitchen even from the next room. Especially if the TV were also on or the toddler were making a lot of noise.
