Excellent value
I bought mine in Oct 2021, its currently May 24. I use this if not every day, at least 4 or 5 times a week. I sit in front of a computer all day and this is a great way to relax my eyes and take a short break. The separate heat and timer settings are great. After 10 mins of hot heat, I actually feel rested and my eyes definitely feel refreshed. Would buy again but its still in good condition and everything still works so I've no need to!

Works very well to relieve blepharitis symptoms
This device is now in daily use instead of the old fashioned microwave compresses which which don't retain the heat long enough or at a consistent level). It's well made and works very well. The cable is relatively long, but I needed it to be longer, so used a simple USB extension cable. The power socket on the mask is on the right, so if using while lying in bed, is only really convenient on one side, otherwise the cable needs to cross over your face or body, but I guess it has to be on one side or the other. (short of having 2 power sockets to choose from!)The option to heat to different levels is very useful - the highest setting is probably a little too high - I use a mid-heat setting which is perfect. At least the option is there to choose the comfort level you prefer, and the heat range is good - slightly warm to hot. The different duration options comes in very useful, so if going to sleep with it on, it won't be on all night.Moisture and eye margin secretions will soon stain the mask necessitating cleaning, so I recommend putting a fresh tissue over it each time. The mask is (supposedly) washable (meaning the power socket will get wet - perhaps it is waterproof, but the more frequently it is washed, the quicker it will deteriorate). With regular use (and cleaning the lid margins daily) my eye are definitely feeling more comfortable with the use of this device.

Maximum heat is extremely low
After reading the reviews, I expected this product to be the answer to my eye problem. In short, it wasn't. It does not produce near enough heat to warrant it's description or claims. The package itself is nice and the eye mask is of good quality material. But, I bought this for the heat capability to assist my eye condition (eye lids). The heat strips inside the mask do not touch the skin and you have to use your hands to press the mask down. Not ideal. I would avoid this product and look elsewhere.

Works for treating styes and chalazions
I had a persistent chalazion in an eye and I have tried multiple different techniques to get rid of it. I've found that microwavable masks never seemed to remain hot enough, so I decided to invest in an electric heated mask so that the temperature remains hot enough consistently to treat my chalazion. The package comes with an eye mask, power cable, spray water bottle, and a pair of ear plugs. The mask is very soft to the touch, and feels very comfortable to wear. It's light and I easily fall asleep with it on. The adjustable strap is surprisingly great at keeping the mask tight around your head. The power cord is long enough in my experience at not getting pulled whilst I toss and turn in my sleep. There are various different temperature settings that you can control, and time settings for how long you want the mask to remain at the set temperature. The mask heats up really quickly which is a bonus. I use the mask at its hottest setting (122°F/50°C) and I do not find it uncomfortably hot. I wanted a mask which can get quite hot as this is a must to treat styes and chalazions. The mask is also very easy to clean as it is washable. The instructions state that spraying the mask 5 minutes prior to use creates a steam effect. There are also a pair of ear plugs that you can use to help you isolate noise whilst you sleep. As others have mentioned, the mask out of the box doesn't really conform to the shape of your eyes as it is flat. In order to mold the mask to be in contact with my eyes, I used my hands to push down on the mask or sleep with my face towards my pillow and hands inbetween pushing the mask onto my eyes. After a couple of uses, the material does start to conform and thereon doing this isn't necessary.Overall, I am happy with this eye mask. I used it and am currently still using it to treat my chalazion but I can already see a difference.

VERY GOOD... WORKS WELL
Easy to use with attached cable which has a timer and temperature control. Comfy adjustable fit. Use if far more than l initially intended. My dry often itchy eyes clear up within a 15 to 20 minute session. Using the mask is also just very relaxing. As said used more often than intended when purchaced.

Comfortable, quality mask that really works
Having tried various heated eye masks and faffing about, I'm really glad I bought it - quality, breathable, sturdy eye mask with various heat and time settings. Soft and comfortable (wearing it, the cable attaches down the right side). Heats nice and quickly, altogether very soothing.

I’m not convinced
I use an eye mask to relieve blepharitis and until buying this mask I used one of the microwave heated bead filled ones. The USB heated mask is well made with good materials. Having a temperature control and a timer is great though I think the timer isn’t very accurate. The mask is comfortable to wear.My issue is with the way the heat is transmitted, it appears hottest at the top and I’m not sure whether this is because this is the part with the most contact (with the forehead) or whether the element runs along the top. The mask itself is quite rigid so there is no contact with your eyes. The bead filled masks are much more flexible and the heat more evenly spread so the heat is over the eyes. This probably isn’t an issue if you are using the mask for other purposes but for blepharitis it is. I think I’ll revert to the bead filled mask.
