Q: Does it support dual monitor for M1 chipset Macbook Air 2020

The only way to get Dual Monitor support on that device (and its cousin, the MBP 13" M1 2020) is by using a hub that has displaylink support. Both TB3 ports are on the same bus and Apple doesn't support Multi-Stream Transport (MST). The newer MBP M1 architecture separates the TB4 channels so that multiple displays can be supported.

Q: Hi, Can I use single port to connect to macbook pro

I have this Docking Station, and It uses 2 ports, one for power and the other for device terminals (usb, hdmi, etc). The Docking station does provide a power port which will charge your MacBook Pro, so no need to worry about using both ports on your Mac. Not sure how well or if it will work at all if you try to rig it with just one source usb.
