This seemed pricey BUT it worked well, was comfortable and didn’t smell.The skin on my underarms turned red (almost looked like heat rash but it lasted almost a week) and I read that it was likely fungal. Applied this and the rash was gone in about 24 hours. I went ahead and did 3 more applications to be sure and haven’t had to use it again. Handy to have in the medicine cabinet!

I had one of those crazy itchy but painful fungal infection in a place not worth mentioning. 😌. I itched so hard, because it felt good but I bruised my skin and it was gaping and painful. It was raw! So I ordered this cream yesterday and Amazon delivered it this morning. I took a shower, cleaned up my self nicely and applied it. I never felt the itch again for 9 hours. I would have kept going until bedtime but I needed to clean up again and apply a fresh coat of cream. I felt good again. While the bruise hasn’t healed, I’m hopeful it will if I can keep my hands off it — and this cream will help me do that.

4/5 because it seems to work some, but not for super strong resiliently aggressive yeast rashes.Dealing with a diaper rash from the pit. But it’s a yeast born one. Been fighting it for a while. Decided to buy this. And it has lessened the yeast; but not totally gotten rid of it.So. I’d say that it’s a good product. Very expensive though if you need to buy multiple tubes. I’ve gone through two tubes and the yeast rash still isn’t gone. So that gets pricey.So I took upon myself to make a stronger ointment without the clo- stuff in this.So. Overall a good product but not what I expected. I thought it would do more for the rash than it has. Probably better for more mild cases.

End your misery and get this delivered same day or next day. After the first application that itch is gone and your skin starts healing. I was surprised by how small the tube is for the price but it’s worth it!!

TLDR:This stuff works. Same "active ingredient" as all the other name brands but for some reason, it just works WAY better and WAY faster. Not quite as "greasy" feeling after you rub it in either. Highly recommend.Pros:It doesn't smell like chemicals of any kind.Goes on easy and rubs in much better than the other products that use petroleum based ingredients.WORKS(See more in summary below).Cons:Meh, it's a little more expensive. But honestly not by much, and it works so much better I honestly don't care.Summary:I have a large beard. A few years back I started noticing some redness on my neck kind of below my ears and behind the poofy outer edges of my beard that seemed to go up under my beard a bit. I thought maybe I'd gotten too much sun, or not rinsed the soup out well enough and didn't think much of it. It didn't go away though. It didn't hurt or itch really and I'm a guy's guy(dumb) so I just ignored it for a rather long time. Eventually I was dating someone who was worried about it so I hit the google. It suggested a mild reaction to something(nothing really had changed at all) so I tried more "gentle and natural" cleaning products. No change. I showed it to my doctor and told him what I said above and he said it could be a very mild fungal infection of the skin and to try some antifungal meds.
