Q: Does it come with the coffee pots?

No mine did not come with he pots. I had some from my old coffee maker. You can get new coffee pots at Sam's club or Costco fro around $15.00 each.

Q: Does this machine also have a spicket for hot hot water dispensing?

Pour over brewers do not have hot water faucets. Please see below link to VP17-3 http://www.bunn.com/pdfs/specsheets/a55.pdf

Q: Can i connect a water line to it instead of pouring water on top?

No, as noted in description, portable unit, no plumbing required. I would look for an auto fill unit

Q: Is this the Model A or B. It is confusing to figure out

I checked the machine once I got to the office and there is not marking that differentiates the model as being either A or B, sorry. Just out of curiosity, what is the difference? What are you trying to determine?
