Great Product
I purchased this for a guy friend who is a half inch shorter than me. We attended a formal event together l, and he absolutely love them. It really added some height to him. They were easy to use, gave good arch support, and he said they were comfortable and were not slippery. They did not have a smell to them, and overall they were of a good quality.

Game-Changer for Boosting Height and Confidence
I recently purchased the Shoe Lifts for Men and Women, and I must say that they have exceeded my expectations. These shoe lifts have truly been a game-changer for me, enhancing my height and boosting my confidence in a noticeable way. Here's why I'm giving them four stars:First and foremost, the quality of the shoe lifts is excellent. They are made from durable materials that feel sturdy and reliable. I appreciate the attention to detail in their design, as they seamlessly fit inside my shoes without causing discomfort or drawing attention. I did have to trim them to fit however this was very easy to do. The discreet nature of these lifts allows me to wear them confidently without anyone noticing that I'm using them. The added height that these shoe lifts provide is remarkable. They offer just the right amount of elevation, giving me a significant boost without compromising on comfort. The adjustable layers allow me to customize the height according to my preference, making them suitable for various occasions and shoe styles. Whether I'm attending a formal event or going for a casual outing, these shoe lifts seamlessly adapt to my needs. The reason I haven't given a full five-star rating is the initial adjustment period. It took me a few days for my feet to get used to the padding of the soles and unfortunately if you already have feet pain don't expect these to solve anything. Also took some time to get used to the new height, as my body had to adapt to the change. However, this is a minor concern that fades away quickly once you become accustomed to the lifts.Overall, they are well-designed, durable, and provide the perfect amount of height enhancement. If you're looking for a discreet and comfortable solution to elevate your height, I highly recommend giving these shoe lifts a try.

Does what it says, but limited application
I purchased these in an attempt to be able to flat-foot my motorcycle. As a smaller, new rider, I knew I would feel a lot more comfortable with both feet on the ground and didn't want to be limited to a cruiser style bike with low standover height. I wanted to see if this inexpensive option would enable me to get away with using the motorcycle boots I already had without needing to lower my motorcycle.Bought them, tried them, and wouldn't really recommend them. I tried them with a pair of zip-up leather motorcycle boots with ample space in the ankle. The boots were fairly loose in the ankle to start (I had plenty of heel movement) and leather so they would stretch, making them ideal for testing out these lifts, but when I used the 1.25" lift I could barely zip up the boot and my feet felt very tight and restricted. Maybe they would work if you were wearing them exclusively with too big lace-up, high top sneakers or boots and could customize the fit to be be appropriately tight in the toe box then have a lot of extra space over the top of the ankle. But I would not recommend these for zip up or pull on style footwear, and they obviously cannot be worn with low top anything. I didn't feel particularly stable, sure footed, or balanced in them.I ended up purchasing a specialty pair of motorcycle boots with an integrated internal heel lift (overall traction and balance was MUCH better than trying to convert my existing pair with these inexpensive lifts) and lowering my bike slightly to achieve the desired amount of control and stability I desired. While the more expensive option, it was definitely the better choice for me.

These were great for a picture
My son was a little worried about being shorter than his date if she wore heels for a school dance. They are normally about the same height. He wore these lifts for pics and then ditched them for the rest of the night. He said they were not uncomfortable but their height difference didn't wind up being that much of a problem and she took off the heels after a bit anyway. No one was any the wiser and it gave him a little self esteem boost when the pics came back and the height difference was subtle.

Not suitable
These inserts can't really be used in any shoes because they're too big. Once you insert, part of your foot is out of the shoe. I tried with several different pairs of shoes and none of them worked.

THE SEARCH IS OVER! womens size 10
I have searched for months for a tennis shoe with a hidden heel. It is almost impossible to find them in a womens size 10. I never wear sneakers because I am fairly short and they always make me feel frumpy, plus I have a wide foot and its hard to find a shoe that fits comfortably. Soooo when I came across these, I was hopeful. I took them to the store and tried them in several different types of tennis shoes. With the inserts in, I needed a size 11 or a 10 extra wide. I ended up with an 11 and although that is a size bigger than I wear, with the inserts in, it is so worth it. I feel better, taller and walk with more confidence. I work at a theater a few times a month where I have to stand for 6 to 8 eight hours straight and I wear my shoes with the inserts and never have a problem with my feet hurting.. I am buying a spare pair. I never want to be without them.
