I can't guarantee that none of the packs have duplicates in them, but mine didn't, and they all scan completely fine.

It Arrived!!
I've ordered from different places and also ordered the Hello Kitty edition on here, and there's always and issue. Some just never arrive and it's impossible to get a refund.These came in a timely manner and were as advertised.Also I got Brewster, Phineas, and Tommy which is pretty cool.
