Amazon will ship this in the manufacturer's box through bulk shipping. These boxes do not hold up well. If there is an option for an 'Amazon box', take it. Otherwise, the product is exactly what you would expect when ordering bulk coffee creamer. No complaints on the creamer, other than the broken creamers saturating the box. ;-}

I ordered this product 2 separate times and never had a problem with anything busting or leaking. Great value for the money. Will be ordering again

I saw so many complaints about how the containers were busted so I was leery about ordering, but I did anyway because I like this brand. And the box came and all were undamaged. Everything was fine. I will be ordering again.

I’ve always like these from my local breakfast joint, but when I ordered a box of my own I noticed that a bunch of the cups had been damaged and are gross inside.

Always have trouble finding these single serving cups in store. It's allot cheaper buying on Amazon. Great flavor and 192 cups last along time. No need to refrigerate either! Only problem is USPS deliveries are not careful with the box that has the creamer box in it and art of one side was crushed in and we had some creamer leakage.

I wish I had read the recent reviews before I purchased based on the high rating. As pictured, this package arrived wet and leaking, with crusted creamer lining the inside. EVERY cup is sticky to the touch, and about half are wet. Not immediately obvious here is the fact that almost every cup has a significant dent in it, in random locations. I thought at first that something must have happened, but this was packed in two boxes, and neither box was dented. However, from top to bottom of this sticky mess, every one I've found has at least a small dent, and almost all have a large dent in the side. I had to wipe the sticky off of my hand after taking the second picture to show that. I've ordered other brands of creamer that came exactly as you would expect, and I did not see an issue with the outside boxes, just the contents. This is not normal, and I will not order these from Amazon again.
