These seem to work well so far, I’ve been taking them for about 10 days and my stomach bloat has noticeably gone down. It held after I forgot to take it for several days after the first 10, about 5-7. I’ve been looking like I’m 7-9 months pregnant at any given time for over a year so naturally, I’m optimistic this will help resolve my bloat and gastric dysmotility. I have GERD and I will note I’ve had an increase in feeling acid in the back of my throat and have had to take more medication. I’m ok with that if it works but will mention it to my doctor.

Iberogast works for dyspepsia and may also be at least partially effective for gastroparesis. However, the gel caps are physically problematic. They are squishy and difficult to remove from the blister pack. They also have an off-chochately taste. The manufacturer seemed unconcerned with this, unfortunately.

These really help to reduce stomach acid and indigestion problems. Since starting to use this product I have been able to stop taking Tums everyday. I started out taking 3 soft gels a day as directed but now take two - one before breakfast and one before going to bed. These are expensive but totally worth the cost. I set it up on subscription so I never run out of.

It has helped with the uncomfortable feeling after meals and reduced bloating. Can't say anything in regard to constipation as doesn't seem to do anything for mine. Definitely too expensive to take daily with every meal though.
