I was always hesitant about oil-pulling due to having to swish the solution in my mouth for 10 minutes. I did not think I had it in me to find the patience. Surprisingly, the time goes by quickly.This oil is smooth-tasting and very refreshing. I have been dealing with sore gums and after an oil-pulling session, I feel immediate relief. This will definitely help me until I can make a dentist appointment.It is important to remember to shake the bottle well before each use. Also, when done do not empty the mouth down the sink as it may cause pipe and sewer problems over time. I simply empty my mouth into a folded piece of paper towel or tissue and discard it into the trash can. Or one can simply aim for the trash directly. I did that once and had an awful splashback. I guess I don't have the best aim.Overall, after my current dental issue is resolved, I will continue to use this product.

I love this coconut oil pulling mouthwash! It leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed without any harsh chemicals. The peppermint flavor is mild but freshens breath really well. This oil has a strong mint flavor which definitely freshens your breath but the thickness took me a little time to adjust to. Felt like I had engine oil in my mouth. My previous pulling oil wasnt as heavy as this.I havent used it long enough to notice any whitening difference.

This was very easy to incorporate in my daily routine. I start the process before showering every morning and swish for at least 15-20 mins. I spit in the trash bin and then brush my teeth. My teeth are noticeably whiter, breath is fresher, teeth feel cleaner. I can tell the difference when I don't use and just brush alone.

My teeth and gums feel so clean and healthy! The mint flavor is really nice.

10*. This was the best oil pulling EVER. I normally gag a little bit towards the last 5 minutes. The peppermint flavor makes it so easy. My mouth has never felt this clean!

Had to choose a star but No stars!!!! This product is not 100% pure and natural organic coconut oil! Doesn’t pull anything and leaves a Chucky aftertaste. The bottle size is deceiving in the picture shown never buying again.
