Easy to swallow, good antiinflamatorio, have to wait and see.

A friend recommended this as a better alternative to glucosamine. We have been using for a few weeks, but we do not have regular inflammation issues to tell if it is better. Good quality packaging, all pills intact.

I bought this as an alternative to a product recommended by the local herb and supplement dealer. Their product contained a number of additives in addition to the doctor recommended boswellia to help treat arthritic pains in my feet and ankles. Besides a much more reasonable cost and higher content of target ingredient, the Premium Boswellia Serrata Extract dosage allows me to take one capsule daily instead of two of the locally recommended product.I prefer to limit the number of ingredients I have to take when I am evaluating whether a supplement or medication is effective. Over the years I have tried a number to address arthritic pains and many did not provide me relief. I know the local pills have helped. I only gave this product 4 stars because I have not been using it for 4-5 weeks so I can verify whether it is working as well or better for my bone on bone ankle issues.

This supplement can be dangerous. I must not have taken it close to eating but I had diarrhea most of the next day and my body started to sweat; my hair was soaked so I threw it out. At best, I know it does something but I thought maybe I was dying…..
