No sugar alcohols
I like the combination of monk fruit and allulose. It doesn’t cause me any stomach issues. I couldn’t find this combination in the grocery stores. This is the second time I’ve purchased this brand of monk fruit and when I’m out I intend to buy more. Very good in coffee and for sugar free desserts.

Delicious. Light brown sugar taste. Great quality.
The flavor of this sweetener is an absolute delight particularly in hot tea. I use it for everything though because I love the taste and don't get any aftertaste at all. This is now my go to sweetener and I honestly don't miss real sugar at all because of that. I keep it in a closed, glass container but it does tend to clump up a little & I have to break it up with a spoon. My lid just lays on the container so perhaps if I used a glass jar with a screw on lid for storage, that wouldn't happen??? It has absolutely no effect on the great taste though & the clumps easily just break apart so no problem at all. I'd really recommend this sweetener.

Addressing Some Issues
I recently cut sucralose out of my diet and have tried several different iterations of "substitute" sweeteners. It's hard to do because everything I can get locally seems to have erythritol in it and I don't want that either. So far, the monk fruit/allulose combination has been the best I've found. Here are some things I discovered:1. If you've been using other sweeteners, it takes a few weeks to retrain your taste buds to recognize the sweetness of monk fruit/allulose...at least it did for me. When I first tried it I thought it wasn't sweet at all...certainly not 1:1. When I first made the switch, it took five heaping tablespoons to make my coffee almost barely sweet. However, after a few weeks I was down to 4 rounded teaspoons. Now that's starting to taste just a bit too sweet so I'm starting use less.2. Digestive issues. When I was using sucralose (Jordans Skinny Mixes Strawberry Rose) I went from drinking unsweet tea to sweet tea. I became addicted to it! Thank goodness they discontinued it! I was drinking a LOT of Strawberry Rose sweet tea and started having some digestive issues which I would never have attributed to sucralose. However, those issues have cleared up now that I'm not using it. I read a number of reviews that said monk fruit/allulose was causing digestive issues. I've not had that experience, but I'm not using it a lot either. Just in my morning coffee as I'm now back to unsweet tea. It may be a quantity thing. Or maybe some people can't tolerate it.Bottom line is that it works for me. I'm pleased that I can have sweetened coffee in the morning without some weird aftertaste or other negative gastro effects. I'll be incorporating it into my baking next. That will probably be a learning process too.

No aftertaste, No tummy issues
Nice flavor and no aftertaste! Only thing I would say is it’s not as sweet as regular sugar so I have to use a little more than usual. Price is also expensive, but it doesn’t give me GI issues so I will be ordering again!

Best Healthy Brown Sugar Substitute!
This is absolutely the best healthy brown sugar replacement sweetener on the planet! I have tried them all in my quest to eliminate refined sugars from my diet with ZERO macros. The taste, smell and texture is just like brown sugar! Yay!! My favorite way to consume this is mixed with savory spices to sprinkle on fish, poultry and salad dressings to add a hint of sweet to the spicy! Like the others say, if you are coming off sugar for the first time it will take a little time to adjust to the sweetness, but once you eliminate all refined sugars...AMAZING!! Enjoy ~xo

healthy alternative to erythritol and artificial sweeteners
My favorite healthy sweetener that is a cup for cup comparison to sugar. It is a fine grind and has balanced sweetness.

This fits the bill 100%! 1:1 sugar substitute. Tastes great in my teas and coffee every morning. Love this stuff! More expensive than sugar but the health impacts are worth it.
