Rehydrates fast
These really made a difference in my GI health. I didn't really have major problems but having these daily made everything perfect. The key to these is not rehydrating with any flavored stuff, just with water first for a few minutes, then add your flavor or lemon or electrolyte powder etc. It will rehydrate best with plan water. I really love how fast it is compared to Chia to rehydrate, I hate soaking overnight. I enjoy the texture, like tiny bubble tea. I crave it now and have a full serving every morning basically for breakfast with electrolyte powder.

Amazing seeds
Very tasty and I am loving it with yogurt and it’s the recipe on the package. Also I am feeling more energy, it just seems to be over a good quality product. Texture is great and the size is similar to a chia seed. I fact the color looks the same as a chia seed. The prep time is very convenient and it will fill you up!Thank you for these amazing seeds that you have provided in this size, price and recipe. I am grateful for that.Highly recommend!

Chia's classier cousin!
Super filling! No difference in taste from chia seeds. I add hot water and they are ready to go immediately. Great texture, easy to add to Greek yogurt. Great quality product, albeit a bit expensive for my pocketbook. I may only purchase twice a year, but that's good enough for me.

yummy
Love this for great tasting fiber breakfasts! I use this to make chia and basil seed puddings. My recipe is 28g chia seeds, 10g basil seeds, 10ml vanilla, 10ml maple syrup, 180ml milk, fruit powder (strawberry, beetroot, blueberry, dragonfruit, etc). I put into a mason jar and wait till the next morning and stir. Lots of fiber and very filling.

Healthy seed swap!
Tried these due to their reported nutritional advantage over chia seeds. They certainly bring a different experience. They are larger and crunchier, but the major difference is their flavor/taste. Should we be surprised that the seeds of a spice plant would have a distinctive smell and taste? Of course not……but subbing them for chia in oatmeal led to a “what’s that veggie taste?” revelation at first. The product is of very good quality.

I am in love
I had never heard of these until a few weeks ago when I read a post from baked by Melissa. I am always looking for sources of clean, organic protein. I have to choke Chia seeds down after I soak them so I thought I would give these a try. They are honestly WAY easier to eat taste and texture wise than Chia (always soak both first). I am so grateful to have found the company that makes these and I love to support small family businesses as well! I highly recommend these.

Works well
I really like this product, but I only eat a quarter of the serving size each time because of my digestive system. It is great at adding bulk and has a very slight pleasant taste.
