I have an extremely hard time going to sleep and staying asleep. I have a whole routine towards that end. I'm on a seemingly never ending quest towards that happy ending. It's more than I want to pay, for a lousy month. but I woke up in an energetic mood, which is more than I can usually say. Excellent for sleep, but I took one in the daytime also to help with anxiety and nerve calming I highly recommend this and will continue to purchase as long as I need the support.

I have been taking magnesium citrate for many years but decided to switch to magnesium threonate to see if it helps with sleep. I am happy to say it appears to help! This brand is easy to take and has not caused me any GI issues. I would love to see it available in larger quantities.
